## Job description
- 平台/内容电商的运营能力体系建设，按 白皮书 - 运营框架指导 - 操作手册 的层级输出能力沉淀文档
- 提供诊断和咨询，协助确定本地适配的团队及能力搭建方案，并做对应的落地和孵化工作
- 持续研究海外主要货架平台电商的运营规划，建立先进运营策略和运营工具组合，并实现迭代
- 完成销售目标和利润要求

## Qualifications
- 研究生以上学历，运营相关工作或学习经历者优先
- 强运营思维，强流程思维，擅长逻辑和数据分析
- 有强文档撰写能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言。有其他小语种经验优先
- 可接受项目形式出差或外派
