[Apply on Xiaomi ’s careers site →](https://xiaomi.jobs.f.mioffice.cn/campus/position/7670935050502998298/detail) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Xiaomi ](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/xiaomi/) / New Retail Management Trainee-local ## Job description - 热情接待顾客，了解顾客需求，提供专业的产品咨询和推荐与服务演示。 - 熟练掌握门店所有产品知识，包括功能、配置、价格等，并能清晰地向顾客讲解。 - 积极完成个人销售目标，并协助团队达成门店销售指标。 - 处理顾客投诉和售后问题，提供优质的售后服务，维护顾客关系。 - 维护小米品牌和店面的形象。保持门店环境整洁，商品陈列整齐，营造良好的购物氛围。 - 积极参与公司组织的培训和活动，不断提升自身销售技巧和产品知识。 - 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。 - Warmly receive customers, understand customer needs, and provide professional product consultation, recommendations and service demonstrations. - Proficient in all product knowledge in the store, including functions, configuration, prices, etc., and can clearly explain to customers. - Actively complete personal sales targets and assist the team to achieve store sales targets. - Handle customer complaints and after-sales problems, provide high-quality after-sales services, and maintain customer relationships. - Maintain the image of the Xiaomi brand and storefront.
