## Job description

- 负责小米集团海外小米商城的前端开发 - 持续构建、优化现有大前端技术体系，积累和分享最佳开发实践 - 探索 AI/Agent 及其工作流在前端研发流程中的落地

## Qualifications

- 本科及以上学历，具备 3 年以上工作经验
- 熟练掌握 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等原生前端基础技术，熟悉相关规范

### 熟练掌握 Web 端开发体系
- React、TS、Node.js、Webpack 等
- 对前端架构设计、性能优化等有一定经验
- 了解 LLM/Agent 基本原理，有 AI 辅助开发工具（如 Cursor、Copilot、Claude Code 等）的实际使用经验；有 Prompt Engineering、AI 应用或智能体（Agent）相关开发经验者优先
- 了解前端低代码平台，有相关使用或搭建经验者优先
- 具有高效团队协作的能力，关注前端及 AI 领域的发展
