## Job description
- 负责国际销售管理工作，对销售目标及各项销售运营指标负责
- 销售业绩管理，销售达成分析及销售提升方案制定；
- 销售数据汇总、维护及分析。
- 销售业务流程搭建；
- 渠道政策及合规管理；
- 市场洞察及数据系统搭建。

## Qualifications
- 对小米公司有一定认知和了解，商业分析、数据分析、外语等专业毕业；
- 数据/销售敏感度高；
- 有搭建数据系统的经验，熟悉了解CRM/SAP/DMS等系统产品知识；
- 较强的沟通和协作能力；
- 流利的中英口语及书面表达能力。

- Microsoft Excel能力、数据分析能力、热爱硬件产品、米粉
