## Job description
- 负责门店的经营管理及销售计划制定，并达成目标；
- 负责与合作商、平台及总部保持良好沟通，配合门店相关政策的落地执行；
- 负责门店商品货物的全流程管理及质量管理；
- 负责做好门店客户服务管理，确保客户得到满意的服务体验；
- 负责门店员工的招聘、培训、激励和绩效评估，确保员工的工作积极性和服务质量。

## Qualifications
- 具有1年及以上零售行业门店管理经验，连锁服装、餐饮、通讯/消费电子行业等经验者优先；

### 学历
- 大专及以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽；
- 具备良好的沟通表达及逻辑思考能力；
- 良好的形象气质。
