## Job description
- 负责高自由度灵巧手位控、力控算法开发；
- 负责灵巧手运动学、动力学分析以及参数辨识；
- 负责灵巧手SDK的维护和完善，保证长期可靠性和稳定性。

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，3年以上运控算法工作经验，有绳驱控制经验优先；
- 熟悉机器人运动学、动力学建模；
- 熟悉多自由度机器人闭环控制；
- 熟悉位置控制、速度控制、力控制及阻抗控制；
- 熟悉关节同步控制、轨迹规划及实时控制。
