## Job description

负责搭建系统可靠性组，梳理工作流程、标准和交付件。项目系统可靠性工程师，负责整机可靠性管理。主导整机和各模块的ffr目标、可靠性设计评审、风险闭环、测试问题风险判定、售后分析改善闭环。

## Qualifications
- 硕士毕业工作5年以上，可靠性，材料，力学，光电，集成电路设计，半导体工艺，微电子封装等相关专业领域。博士优先。
- 精通手机整机、显示屏、摄像头、CG、电池盖、电池和PCBA等工作原理、结构、材料、工艺和失效模式与机理。精通有限元力学，热力学仿真。
- 精通可靠性用户模型，测试用例和加速模型研究方法。
