## Job description
- 负责系统及整车空调&热管理领域相关工作；
- 深度参与设计开发阶段的属性定义；
- 负责指导领域相关策划方案与试验方案的设计；
- 全面负责领域内策划方案的有效性；
- 全面负责研发阶段相关领域的质量把关；
- 参与并指导验证能力与体系建设，团队梯队建设。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，热管理、汽车行业相关专业；
- 熟悉热管理验证体系并有体系建设经验；
- 熟练掌握热管理仿真工具以及热管理理论知识体系；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与统筹能力；
- 热管理开发与测试工作年限≥10年。
