## Job description

转向控制算法的开发与调试——协助实现不同驾驶模式下的方向盘力反馈特性 SIL（软件在环）测试体系——编写和维护测试用例，排查测试失败，保障代码质量 CI/CD 流水线维护与优化——维护 GitLab CI、Bazel 构建系统，提升自动化效率 仿真模型搭建与验证——使用 MATLAB/Simulink 进行控制算法前期验证 实车数据采集与参数标定——参与实车测试，分析数据优化算法

## Qualifications

### 在读硕士或优秀本科，控制/车辆/计算机/电子等相关专业 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程，具备良好的编程习惯 了解控制理论基础（PID、滤波器设计等） 责任心强，逻辑清晰，对汽车技术有热情 加分项

熟悉 MATLAB/Simulink 建模仿真 了解 AUTOSAR 架构或汽车 CAN 通信 有 Python 脚本开发经验（数据分析/自动化测试） 了解 Bazel 或其他构建系统 有机器人/无人机/学生方程式等运动控制项目经验
