## Job description
- 产品可用性测试 设计体验测试方法，完成计划，进行测试工作和完成报告，给出产品改进建议。
- 用户研究 设计实施各种用户研究，统计分析各种用户体验数据报告，挖掘用户需求及产品使用习惯，建立用户模型； 参与公司前瞻性产品的规划，分析用户需求。
- 体验满意度监测

## Qualifications
- 社会学、心理学、统计学、工业设计、设计学等相关专业的在校（本科\研究\博士）生；
- 熟练使用Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件，会使用SPSS、R或者Python等数据分析软件者优先；
- 熟悉研究方法论，熟悉研究步骤，了解各种研究方法，有坚实的统计和数据分析基础
- 较强的沟通能力，能与产品、设计、售前、市场等不同职能的团队精密配合，设计和实时各种用研项目，解决业务工程中遇到的问题，并提出建设性意见；
- 对软件产品有热情，主观能动性强，积极学习和改进工作；
- 具有较强的同理心和敏锐的洞察力，具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力、逻辑思维能力；
- 每周可提供4个工作日以上实习时间（每周保证5个工作日的优先考虑）；
- 请务必在简历中附上个人作品（图片或链接）；
