## Job description

### 体系建设
- 负责部门指标树建设，统一指标口径，建立指标管理机制

### 工具搭建
- 提炼关键指标，搭建部门BI看板，为业务团队提供运营支撑

### 项目统筹
- 负责部门数据项目管理，建立推进机制，跟进里程碑达成直至闭环

### 指标运营
- 协同业务方，推动关键指标达成，沉淀运营经验

## Qualifications
- 具备5年以上数据分析、BI系统建设等相关经验
- 熟悉汽车交付业务，有新能源车企经验优先
- 对数据敏感，能独立完成从数据提取到业务洞察的全流程分析
- 熟悉项目管理方法，具备跨部门统筹与沟通推动能力
