## Job description
- 负责海外空调 / 环电产品的年度 / 季度 / 月度需求计划，滚动进销存管理
- 与地区部各国家销售、市场、产品团队协同，分析预测差异，提升预测准确度和真实性
- 组织产销会议，与总部供应计划团队协同解决各类供应问题，保障供需平衡
- 监控库存结构和周转，制定日常的补货、分货等计划，提升库存周转率
- 与产品、销售、计划团队沟通，制定产品 NPI 和 EOL 计划
- 负责建立、制定、输出数据分析报告，监控各项关键指标状态并解决问题

## Qualifications
- 大学本科以上学历，三年以上工作经验
- 具有家电产品计划和交付管理经验，有销售经验更佳
- 数据分析能力强，能熟练使用 Word、Excel、Powerpoint
- 具有敏锐的判断能力、出色的分析能力、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，极强的推动能力
- 英语良好可与海外同事或者客户沟通
