## Job description

### 区域团队到位前

建立客户BD SOP 1. Mapping 全球各个新区域、国家、地区的潜在合作伙伴并建联 2.

### 与合作伙伴通过邮件、商务会议进行前期沟通，建立合作意向 区域团队到位后

建立区域赋能和支持体系 1. 将总部积累的客户资源定向输送给对应区域，协助区域业务冷启动 2. 建立总部BD业务端口的赋能和支持体系，助推各区域、国家、地区的BD团队业务表现

## Qualifications

1. 5年以上BD相关业务经历，独立对接过大型跨国公司核心管理层 2. 熟悉国际业务，具备独立进行英文商务沟通和谈判的能力 3. 具备固化组织经验为SOP和体系能力的相关经验
