## Job description
- 负责电子料器件导入可靠性评估和认证。
- 负责器件的失效分析和器件设计改进工作，含WB，FCCSP，WLCSP，FOWLP，SiP，LGA, QFN，POP等封装产品。
- 负责引入器件的可靠性工作，包含封装和工艺可靠性设计，验证及导入等。

## Qualifications
- 硕士毕业工作5年以上，材料，力学，通信，光电，集成电路设计，半导体工艺，微电子封装等相关专业领域。
- 精通晶圆制程和封装工艺，精通WB，FCCSP，WLCSP，FOWLP，SiP，LGA,QFN等封装架构结构，工艺流程和常见可靠性失效模式。
- 有芯片封装工艺经验/芯片导入经验/芯片应用可靠性/板级可靠性经验优先。 有项目交付经验者优先；
