## Job description
- 负责Cellular/WiFi/BT/GNSS等无线通信制式的链路级仿真平台功能开发，仿真链路优化和验证；
- 负责Cellular/WiFi/BT/GNSS等通信制式物理层算法设计和选型、软硬件分工、性能优化相关工作；
- 负责算法模块浮点和定点开发、优化及仿真验证；
- 支持无线通信算法向软硬件的工程映射。

## Qualifications
- 通信，电子，计算机，数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉通信和信号处理理论；
- 熟练掌握C、python语言；
- 熟悉Cellular/WCN通信标准，有相关研发经验者优先；
- 深入掌握无线通信技术，对OFDM、MIMO、DFE等方面有深入理解优先；
- 具有较强英文文献阅读能力，能够熟练撰写高质量技术报告；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力、具有较强的学习和研究能力。
