## Job description
- 通过在线服务方式提供优质的线上服务，为品牌建立良好的服务口碑；
- 为车主提供基础售后服务咨询、预约到店、上门维修、道路救援等服务措施，确保车主的用车体验；通过系统按流程创建对应工单，协调资源对车主反馈内容跟进闭环解决；
- 负责记录、收集用户的意见建议，并通过系统进行问题的反馈，并对反馈内容进行跟进，确保问题的落实并传递给用户。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历；
- 新能源汽车相关专业，了解汽车基础知识、了解客服行业，有过售后服务实习经验优先；
- 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力；
- 学习能力强，具有强烈的责任心和上进心；
- 基础办公软件,如 word, excel, ppt等办公软件熟练。
