## Job description
- 根据门店业务现状和趋势,分析用户需求和行为,完成门店服务质量提升策略和行动计划
- 依据用户声音,挖掘业务问题及痛点,强力拉动跨部门相关业务完成分析改善闭环管理
- 擅长组织质量问题复盘,固化流程,形成机制
- 定期整理和分析项目运营数据,对项目运营状况进行准确评平估,挖掘新的机会点,推动业务提升
- 定期走访服务网点，了解维修一线困难并快速反馈，推动问题解决

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历,具有一定数据处理能力,逻辑思维强,电子或相关专业优先
- 有3年以上手机售后行业工作经验
- 有极强的服务意识,工作仔细认真,有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力
- 接受公司出差和轮岗安排
