## Job description

1. 配合CPU架构与模型团队，完成业务场景负载分析、特征切片、代表性校验与切片发布； 2.为微架构探索与性能优化提供数据支撑;

## Qualifications
- 具备扎实的计算机体系结构基础，熟悉 CPU 微架构性能评估方法论，对处理器性能瓶颈分析与优化有基础认知;
- 熟悉 SPEC CPU2017 等主流处理器 Benchmark，有 Benchmark 性能分析、程序特征提取、workload 切片相关经验者优先;
- 熟练掌握 C/C++/Python 等编程语言，具备程序编译、调试、性能剖析能力，熟悉 perf、gdb 等性能调试工具者优先;
- 了解处理器功能 / 性能仿真模型，有 gem5、QEMU 等模拟器使用、二次开发或性能建模相关经验者优先;
- 熟悉ClaudeCode/Codex等主流Agent Coding工具者优先;
