## Job description
- 负责相册App整体架构设计，支撑产品功能迭代与长期发展；
- 主导相册产品核心功能方案设计，优化产品交互与使用体验；
- 负责相册产品性能优化，针对图片加载、数据存储和同步等核心指标制定优化方案并落地验证，提升相册试用体验；
- 致力图像显示相关新技术研究，赋能业务，提升产品竞争力；
- 能够对架构进行持续改进，不断提升产品体验和性能，深度参与产品需求讨论，功能定义等，共同打造国内领先的移动互联网产品。

## Qualifications
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，具备扎实的计算机理论基础；
- 精通Android应用开发、熟悉开发平台及框架原理，熟悉Flutter开发技术；
- 深入理解设计模式，能设计出高效、合理、易读、易于扩展的程序结构；
- 语言技术栈丰富，熟悉Flutter、Rust；
- 沟通协作能力强，有推动和闭环问题能力；
- 有相册开发经验优先，有性能优化经验者优先。
