## Job description
- 负责摩洛哥洗衣机/冰箱/空调等大家电产品的销售策略与产品GTM规划。
- 收集市场、行业及竞品数据，输出市场大盘与竞品分析，做好市场洞察。
- 拉通国家、地区部和总部，组织资源&4P协同，制定和输出有效的价格/渠道/促销等GTM策略，达成销售目标。
- 监控库存结构和周转，制定日常的补货、分货等计划，提升库存周转和维持健康的PSI水平
- 协同地区部和总部制定产品路标规划，结合当地市场特点，输出产品开发需求，做好产品生命周期管理。

## Qualifications
- 三年以上相关行业工作经验，具有大家电产品GTM/销售经验优先
- 数据分析能力强，具备产品操盘能力和销售思维
- 具有敏锐的判断能力、出色的分析能力、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备法语/阿语能力更佳
