## Job description
- 负责热管理系统的概念设计、架构设计、系统选型及匹配；
- 负责热管理系统的Benchmark评估及分析，洞察新冷媒等最前沿技术方向；
- 负责热管理系统的方案评审及并推动方案决策；
- 负责组织热管理系统架构设计台架\环境仓\道路验证闭环。

## Qualifications
- 动力工程及工程热物理/车辆工程/制冷或者暖通相关专业,硕士以上学历；
- 熟悉制冷与低温原理，空调热泵系统的工作原理；
- 熟悉空调热管理系统各部件的结构；
- 熟练使用1D仿真软件，掌握MATLAB Simulink模型开发工具；
- 沟通技巧，团队合作精神，积极主动。
