## Job description

负责应用商店用户全生命周期管理，制定用户增长、激活、留存及召回策略，提升DAU/MAU、用户活跃度及长期价值。 通过用户分层的精细化产品场景构建，优化用户体验，提高用户粘性 跟踪全球应用商店行业趋势、竞品动态及新兴技术（如AIGC、个性化推荐算法），提出创新解决方案。

## Qualifications

本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、心理学、市场营销等相关专业优先。 5年以上互联网产品经验，3年以上内容平台或工具类产品经验，有用户增长的成功案例。 优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能协调多方资源达成目标。 对应用分发行业有热情，关注新兴技术（如AIGC在推荐场景的应用）。
