## Job description
- 全流程跟进订单确认至提车交付，同步生产、物流状态，协调金融、保险、资料准备，联动零售、仓储等部门处理异常。
- 规划预约提车时间，协同仓储、PDI确保车辆与文件就绪，向用户说明提车流程及注意事项。
- 接待提车用户，办理手续、费用结算，讲解车辆功能、操作与售后政策，维护交付环境与体验。
- 响应并解决交付过程中的客户问题与投诉，收集反馈推动流程、工具与服务标准优化。

## Qualifications
- 作为小米汽车对客的专家级顾问，为用户提供全场景的解决方案和高品质的提车体验。
- 优秀沟通协调能力，能高效对接内外团队；强客户服务意识与责任感；适应多任务快节奏；具备基础汽车知识与新能源功能讲解能力；熟练使用办公软件及业务系统。
- 持有有效中国驾照（C1及以上），1年以上实际驾龄，且能够独立的在公共道路进行安全和熟练的车辆驾驶，无不良行驶记录。
- 真诚耐心有亲和力，善于团队协作，对新能源汽车服务有热情。
- 认同小米的愿景与文化价值观；
