## Job description

负责应用启动加速、流畅性问题定位及优化；负责游戏流畅的优化方案与落地，问题定位；
- 负责Android Framework的性能优化与落地；
- 负责Android 内核的性能优化与落地；
- 负责用户体验性能问题的定位与解决；
- 根据业内、学术界在相关领域的最新进展，验证可行性和推进落地；
- 在算法这块有一定的经验；

## Qualifications
- 计算机、通信、电子、自动化或数学等相关专业本科及本科以上；
- 熟悉Android基础框架、组件、UI等，对Android的新版本新特性有一定的了解;
- 熟悉Android的系统框架、熟悉AMS、WMS、View等一个或多个模块机制原理；
- 熟悉绘图渲染（Skia、OpenGL、Vuklan）、hwui、Surfaceflinger等一个或多个模块机制原理；
- 熟悉linux内核核心模块或者相关工作，如任务调度、内存管理、文件系统及IO等；
- 熟悉Linux perf、systrace、 perfetto等工具且有丰富的使用经验；
- 有Framework或内核性能优化的经验；
- 有一定的算法经验。
