## Job description
- 负责代码仓库系统维护、流水线搭建与优化、质量门禁开发等 CI/CD 核心能力建设。
- 负责开发、集成和运维代码扫描、自动化测试、安全检测等辅助工具。
- 负责对接需求管理、缺陷跟踪、配置管理等上下游系统，实现研发工具链端到端贯通。
- 持续优化CI/CD交付流程，提升构建、发布效率，解决交付过程中的各类问题；沉淀标准化交付方案，支撑多业务团队研发交付。
- 参与DevOps平台建设，推动研发流程自动化、智能化落地，配合业务团队完成交付需求。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息工程等相关专业；5‑10年相关工作经验，3年以上DevOps/CI/CD实操经验。
- 熟练掌握Git、GitLab等代码仓库管理，精通Jenkins、GitLab CI等CI/CD流水线工具，能够独立搭建、调优流水线。
- 熟悉代码质量扫描、单元测试、接口自动化测试、安全扫描等工具，具备质量门禁、流水线管控的落地经验。
- 理解软件研发全流程，懂项目、配置、缺陷管理相关业务。
- 具备研发效能度量、分析与改进的实践经验，熟悉研发效能度量体系与工具，能够通过数据驱动研发流程优化。
- 有AI工具实际使用经验，能够将AI能力应用于研发提效（如代码辅助生成、智能测试、自动化运维等场景）。
