## Job description
- 负责处理全球重大专利诉讼，制定并实施诉讼策略;
- 分析涉诉专利的不侵权和无效情况；
- 监督外部法律顾问，积极管理海外知识产权诉讼；
- 对许可谈判提供支持和建议。

## Qualifications

1、法学、通信或电学本科及以上学历，有理工科和法学复合背景优先； 2、3年以上律所/企业海外专利诉讼工作经验，有欧洲诉讼经验优先； 3、能与多个项目的技术团队合作，熟悉通讯标准必要专利优先； 4、逻辑思维清晰缜密，英语可作工作语言。
