# 自动驾驶模型算法工程师

## Job description

1. 参与量产端到端规划算法的研发，模型训练优化、评测体系搭建等 2. 跟进端到到规划算法的Sota方法，将最新技术（VLA、WorldModel、强化学习等）应用到量产算法中

## Qualifications
- 实习至少4个月，计算机科学、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 了解主流的端到到规划架构，或至少在AR、Diffusion、强化学习的一个领域有相关经验；
- 熟练掌握 Python 编程，有自动驾驶相关经验者优先，在计算机视觉或自动计算领域的顶级会议发表过相关论文优先
