## Job description
- 依据项目定位，参与完成整车内饰产品开发工作；
- 开展行业前沿技术研究，推动先进技术方案落地应用;
- 响应产品力提升需求，开展工程可行性分析与方案论证;
- 负责内饰零件的数据开发工作，包括造型可行性分析，不同阶段工程数据制作等。
- 跟进内饰系统零件装车和质量问题解决工作。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程或机电相关专业（车辆专业优先）;
- 熟悉汽车结构及工作原理，懂运动机构或电器功能件的开发原理优先考虑
- 学习能力强，快速适应能力，善于沟通协调、多任务并行与问题解决;
- 可以熟练运用某一类仿真或者编程软件，办公软件运用熟练。
- 对新能源汽车有行业看法，对汽车有热衷，有责任心，认可小米汽车。
- 善于数据分析，精通Ai应用，优先考虑。
