## Job description
- 负责小米运动健康APP、小米耳机APP、小米眼镜APP的核心功能和体验设计与迭代
- 深度理解穿戴硬件生态与用户运动健康需求，设计丰富好玩，美观易用的功能，并保障使用过程中的核心体验，以此提升核心用户的活跃度、留存率及日均使用时长，对 App 的核心数据指标负责
- 深度协同手环、手表、体重秤、眼镜、耳机等产品，规划独特的“端到端”体验，持续提升用户在APP上的生态粘性
- 深入分析用户行为数据，发现用户体验瓶颈和增长机会。设计并推动A/B测试、用户访谈等，持续优化核心功能路径及转化漏斗

## Qualifications
- 具有5-10年以上互联网行业工作经验，有独立设计/运营一款APP的经验者优先
- 有成功的数据增长（AARRR 模型）和用户体验优化案例。有运动健康、可穿戴设备、内容社区类产品经验者优先
- 拥有数据驱动思维，能通过实验和指标分析发现问题并持续优化
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通与推动能力，能够独立完成端到端产品闭环
- 拥有复杂系统规划能力，能针对平台积分生态现状，输出产品演进路线图，并拆解阶段性 MVP 目标
