## Job description
- 基于llvm/clang框架进行自研NPU芯片的编译器开发与性能优化；
- 针对自研NPU芯片和主流AI算法设计并行编程语言；
- 协同芯片团队进行性能算子开发；
- 基于主流编译栈进行python dsl编程语言设计与编译器开发；

## Qualifications
- 计算机和微电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉LLVM/MLIR/CLANG框架；
- 熟悉并行计算体系结构，有NPU/GPU算子编程开发和优化经验优先；
- 良好的团队沟通能力, 责任心强。
