## Job description

### 目标管理
- 手机/PAD品类目标分解，周别、月别、季度别跟进目标达成 ；

### 产品管理
- 负责手机/PAD产品生命周期管理，对导入期、成长期、成熟期和退市期进行产品规划管理，根据产品上市节奏、卖点、竞品分析等输出米家侧上市方案，拉通相关部门，对米家新品上市执行及结果交付负责；

### 销售管理
- 对手机/PAD品类的销售额负责，定期整理汇报销售分析、复盘总结、品类操盘策略与分析；

### 市场洞察
- 收集市场/行业/竞品等信息，进行产品分析及定位，制定相应的爆品计划及推动落地, 输出产品零售策略，监控产品生命周期内的销量情况，总结规律与打法。 Target Governance Deconstruct smartphone/tablet category objectives and ensure milestone achievement through weekly/monthly/quarterly performance tracking. Product Lifecycle Management Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management (launch, growth, maturity, phase-out stages).

Develop Mi Ecosystem-specific commercialization strategies aligned with launch timelines, product USPs, and competitive analysis. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless product rollout and outcome delivery. Sales Operations Accountable for smartphone/tablet category revenue targets. Produce regular analytical reports including sales diagnostics, performance retrospectives, and category-specific operational strategies.

Market Intelligence Conduct comprehensive market/competitive intelligence analysis to inform product positioning. Formulate blockbuster product roadmaps with executable tactics, develop retail strategies, monitor lifecycle sales performance, and institutionalize proven operational methodologies.

## Qualifications

- 热爱销售行业，有消费类电子行业实习经验优先；
- 善于沟通，跨部门协同能力强，能高效推动工作落地；
- 逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备较强的数据分析能力及问题解决能力。
- 中文可作为工作语言。
- Proactive challenger with strong learning agility and career advancement drive.
- Passionate about sales operations; prior internship experience in consumer electronics preferred.
- Skilled communicator with cross-departmental coordination expertise to ensure 4.operational implementation efficiency. 5.Structured thinker with execution focus, demonstrating robust data analytics and root-cause solutioning capabilities. 6.Professional working proficiency in Chinese (written/oral).
