## Job description
- 负责小米汽车轮胎技术体系的搭建及应用；
- 根据整车性能要求，选择合适的轮胎技术方案；
- 参与整车轮胎调校，平衡NVH、滚阻、附着力、磨耗等各项技术指标的平衡；
- 负责轮胎开过过程中疑难问题的牵头解决；

## Qualifications

1、乘用车轮胎行业10年及以上从业经历，在轮胎结构、研发、材料配方、制造工艺、NVH等各方向都有所涉猎，并在其中至少二方向精通； 2、熟悉国内外乘用车轮胎行业发展趋势及新技术。
