## Job description
- 负责整车热管理与能耗优化物理建模算法和AI建模算法研发；
- 负责整车运动控制系统的能耗协同优化；
- 负责上述模型的端侧部署、性能与耗时优化；负责算法的实车验证，迭代优化。

## Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历；车辆工程、自动化、能源与动力等相关专业；
- 有优秀的软件工程素养，精通Python、C/C++程序设计；
- 熟悉C++/python等编程语言，熟悉PyTorch等深度学习框架；
- 熟悉DDPG/GRPO/PPO/AC学习等强化学习算法；
- 熟悉大模型和Agent，并能将其应用于具体业务实践中提升性能与效率。

### 加分项
- 良好的英语沟通能力；
- 优秀的物理/数学建模功底；
- 发表过SCI一区，CCF-A类会议等高水平论文。
