## Job description
- 通过语音外呼、IM软件解决多方的线上技术服务需求，包括但不仅限于客服团队和服务中心的技术案件；
- 利用车辆的智能属性，通过远程的方式解决客户问题，减少不必要的进场，同时节省客户时间；
- 确保将车辆的诊断结果和维修数据正确地录入系统；
- 及时反馈诊断进展和结果，为客服、车间现场维修提供方向和方案指引，优化服务效率；
- 定期总结分析技术常见问题类型、占比及解决方案，协助统一操作标准，定期参与培训和分享；
- 紧密对接技术和远程诊断专家团队，掌握最新的产品信息、维修方案，尤其是软件系统的升级。

## Qualifications

1、计算机软件、汽车技术相关专业或持汽车机械相关认证优先； 2、5年以上汽车行业维修工作经验，有厂商培训认证专家/OEM培训经验优先； 3、掌握汽车维护和修理中的方法、技术、配件、工具、和材料等知识和技能，包括测试、诊断、油压、制动刹车、电力系统等模块的测试和修理； 4、熟悉远程诊断原理并熟练使用诊断工具； 5、擅长团队协作，具有优秀的沟通和学习能力； 6、逻辑清晰，注重细节尤其是系统操作和数据信息的准确性；
