## Job description
- 负责省域内车业务的销售经营管理，制定门店经营计划，对目标结果达成负责；
- 根据内外部经营情况，指导车门店运营，维护品牌形象，提升消费者满意度；
- 制定部门经理、体验顾问、产品专家指导方案，指导并带领团队达成目标，辅导员工成长与发展。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，工作8年以上；
- 对新能源车行业有深刻的理解，具备零售店面经营和管理经验5年及以上；
- 良好的沟通、领导和协调能力、韧性；
- 较强的商业意识和嗅觉，能有效促进店铺销售。
