## Job description
- 对公司海外日常业务的法律及合规事项提供法律支持；
- 对出口管制及贸易制裁、反垄断、产品质量、市场宣传及反不正当竞争等领域的法律调研及案件处置；
- 参与起草、审核、修订各类法律文件，参与商务谈判；
- 参与外部律师管理、法务IT系统建设等工作。

## Qualifications
- 以涉外律师/法务工作为目标，英语能作为工作语言；
- 法律专业研究生学历，法律功底扎实；
- 沟通能力优秀，团队精神，愿意接受有挑战性的工作；
- 有相关涉外领域学习或工作经历优先。
