## Job description
- 参与并推进招聘流程，协助招聘经理按计划交付；
- 根据招聘需求维护招聘渠道，做简历筛选，候选人寻访，电话沟通，面试安排等工作；
- 招聘数据维护，总结梳理并定期分析反馈招聘环节问题，定期输出招聘报告；
- 支持其他招聘活动和项目。

## Qualifications
- 本科或硕士在读，专业不限；
- 熟练运用办公软件，有飞书招聘使用经验优先；
- 有招聘实习经历优先；
- 做事认真，结果导向，逻辑、沟通、协作能力强；
- 可以适应快节奏工作，自驱力能力强；
- 能够实习3个月以上，每周五天优先。
