## Job description
- 了解最新的产品信息，掌握扎实的产品知识，给顾客提供专业的产品演示和服务；
- 关注公司销售政策及动态，推进门店销售达成，完成个人销售目标；
- 配合店长进行门店陈列整理，确保产品安全，维护门店形象；
- 接待解决顾客的客诉问题。

## Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限，良好的形象气质;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够处理客户的咨询和投诉;
- 具有一定的销售经验，了解零售行业的工作流程;
- 对电子及家电产品有浓厚兴趣，熟悉小米品牌及其产品线。
