## Job description

### 到店接待引导

主动迎接到店用户，引导签到、指引休息区，营造热情友好的第一印象； 基础车辆讲解：为用户介绍SU7/YU7车辆基本功能和使用操作（会提供岗前培训）； 交付辅助配合：协助交付顾问完成资料准备、钥匙交付、充电桩操作指引、车周边安装、车衣施工邀约等工作； 现场秩序维护：关注门店人流状态，协助维持交付区秩序，遇异常情况及时上报；

## Qualifications

阳光亲和，干净利落，符合小米品牌调性 普通话标准，表达流畅，有服务意识 积极主动，有责任心，愿意与用户打交道
