## Job description

电商达人运营专员 负责TikTok/Shopee等电商平台达人的挖掘、筛选、建联与储备，独立完成达人合作洽谈，包含坑位费、CPS佣金、专场/混场合作模式等谈判，拟定双方合作方案，统筹寄养、脚本对接、内容审核、但其确认、直播陪跑等全流程工作，保障达人种草、短视频和直播带货活动顺利落地，并跟踪达人合作数据，总结问题与亮点，迭代达人筛选标准、合作模式及内容推广策略，持续提升达人带货投入产出比。esponsible for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and maintaining a talent pool of creators on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee. Independently handle partnership negotiations with creators, including placement fees, CPS commissions, and single-campaign / multi-creator collaboration models.

Develop cooperation proposals for both sides and coordinate the full workflow, including sample dispatch, script coordination, content review, schedule confirmation, and live-stream support. Ensure creator seeding, short-video, and live-commerce campaigns are successfully executed. Track collaboration data, summarize issues and wins, and continuously refine creator selection standards, partnership models, and content promotion strategies to improve ROI.

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，有良好的自驱力和韧性；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，良好的数据敏感性；
- 外向、思维灵活敏捷，学习能力强，分析能力强，执行能力强；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言。
