## Job description
- 负责不同类型渠道客户管理政策的制定和实施，如运营商客户管理规则或者代理商客户管理规则；负责不同产品类别渠道管理政策的制定和实施，如小米高端产品渠道管理政策，或者aiot产品渠道管理政策。
- 海外客户整体销售渠道体系规划和流程建设（手机、3C产品）；
- 负责客户从引入、日常指标管理、优化退出等环节的管理执行和指标设计、流程优化；
- 对渠道分类分级管理，评估渠道ROI，优化渠道结构，使其不断适应市场发展；
- 制定各环节渠道政策、商务政策和资源投入倾斜程度等

## Qualifications

1、希望定向招聘有友商海外市场渠道管理经验的人 2、本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上销售或渠道管理经验，有海外销售经验、手机和3C领域经验优先； 3，具有一定的谈判能力、公关能力和组织协调能力，条理清晰，抗压能力强； 4，对数据敏感，熟悉使用数据分析工具； 5，英语或其他小语种可作为工作语言者优先； 6、有外派意愿者优先
