## Job description

### 完成端到端AI解决方案的开发和交付，包括AI框架，高性能算子，图编译器等方向
- 参与高性能算子的开发，基于自定义指令集开发高性能算子；
- 参与AI推理框架的开发，方案设计，完成量化，图转换等工具链的开发以及图优化；
- 参与大模型推理框架开发，负责调研业界前沿的投机算法及Spin-Qant等量化算法，完成交付落地；
- 参与AI 图编译器的开发，方案设计，基于自定义指令集完成图编译器的开发和交付，完成opfusion，图融合，片上内存分配，指令调度等；
- 参与AI模型的性能优化，功耗优化；
- 参与自研芯片的FPGA、EMU验证。

## Qualifications
- 图像处理，模式识别，机器学习等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 精通C&C++/Python软件编程语言，具有扎实的代码功底和交付能力；
- 熟悉Android NN/TensorFlow/Pytorch中的一种神经网络框架；
- 熟悉Android/Linux框架，具备Linux/RTOS等平台开发经验；
- 良好的团队沟通能力，技术攻关能力。
