## Job description
- 参与动力系统算法开发与优化以及AI Native应用；
- 应用机器学习、深度学习技术构建各类算法模型；
- 应用大模型等技术应用于部门研发提效；
- 与动力研发团队协作，将算法成果落地到实际产品场景。

## Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，电化学/软件工程/自动控制/汽车/数据科学等相关专业；
- 熟练使用Python/SQL等开发工具、数据库工具和数据分析工具；
- 熟悉AI大模型应用、机器学习及AI框架（如TensorFlow/PyTorch）；
- 具备较强的沟通协作能力，逻辑分析能力和持续学习能力。
