## Job description

岗位职责
- 理解公司与部门的业务模式及业务规划，明确当前组织挑战，并结合人才特点和市场分布合理规划人才储备与招聘；
- 支持海外区域相关工作，跟进招聘全流程；
- 沉淀和更新行业与人才洞察，如mapping、行业研究等

## Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，有批量招聘经验； 2、2年以上海外招聘经验，英语流利，猎头经验优先考虑； 3、熟悉招聘全流程，具备良好的的沟通谈判能力、资源整合能力，能与业务、候选人平等对话，精准把握双方需求； 4、责任心强，学习能力、协调能力和沟通能力强 5、性格开朗、执行效率高、韧性足
