## Job description
- 深入了解业务战略、运作模式，通过组织诊断识别业务痛点，协同总部为业务部门提供定制化解决方案；
- 负责公司HR政策、制度、体系与重点项目在业务部门内部的推动落地，并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进；
- 关注人才招聘、培养和发展，为业务部门提供强有力的人员供给及梯队搭建支持；
- 负责区域组织文化氛围建设，定期组织员工活动，传递公司核心价值观，提升员工凝聚力和团队战斗力；
- 建立多样化沟通渠道，与员工形成高效互动，妥善协调处理员工关系问题，防范与处理劳动风险。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 10年及以上HRBP或相关领域工作经验；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备TD，OD等模块的实操经验，熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规；

### 综合能力
- 具备较强的学习能力、较好的韧性，有思考深度和人际敏感度，善于沟通，责任心强，注重团队协作。
