## Job description
- 负责项目中电池系统开发、属性开发；
- 负责项目中电池系统电热性能开发；
- 负责项目中整车充电对标等；
- 负责项目中电池开发推进、阀点管理、问题管理等；
- 负责电池相关三高试验标定等。

## Qualifications

### 专业要求
- 理工科背景，电化学、热管理等专业优先；

### 工作年限要求
- 相关工作经验3年以上；

### 专业技能要求
- 参与开发过至少一个完整电池项目；

### 其他要求
- 刀片电池背景优先，具有较好的沟通能力和大局意识，具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够高效推动项目进展。
