拥有端到端规划模型量产经验，尤其是主流的AR/Diffusion架构量产经验； 拥有规划模型架构设计能力，能够在主流的AR/Diffusion架构上做持续优化和创新； 数据闭环经验丰富，尤其是海量数据的选择、质量提升等； 深度学习训练与模型调优经验丰富，对规划模型训练过程有较好的把控，能够根据数据和模型深入优化训练策略；

## Qualifications
- 具备自动驾驶规划模型量产经验；
- 具备行车端到端大模型的量产经验；
- 模型学习与强化学习有深入认知；
