## Job description
- 负责小米数据中台分布式计算相关引擎的研发、维护工作；
- 业务价值导向，通过技术迭代支撑解决小米全业态的数据大规模计算难题
- 参与开源，提升小米在开源社区的影响力

## Qualifications
- 扎实的计算机专业基础，熟悉基本的算法和数据结构
- 具有良好的自我驱动和学习能力，责任心强，不断追求卓越
- 具有优秀的发现问题和解决问题能力，对解决有挑战的问题充满热情
- 具有优秀的沟通和协调能力，具有同理心，能够站在不同角度思考问题
- 熟悉 Hadoop/Spark/Flink/RSS/Iceberg/Paimon/DolphinScheduler/Gravitino 等相关系统优先，开源社区活跃贡献者优先
