## Job description
- 负责对自研NPU进行架构和性能建模工作
- 通过Cmodel等方式参与芯片架构探索、瓶颈分析和性能评估
- 协同软硬件开发，联调 4）参与研发性能和功耗分析及优化工作。

## Qualifications
- 计算机、通信、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 具备较强的C++/python编程能力，
- 具备良好的业务抽象和系统分析能力
- 熟悉GPU，GPGPU, NPU相关架构、算法、软件驱动
