## Job description
- 负责驱动电机的电磁优化设计及性能仿真；
- 负责驱动电机定转子磁性材料的评估与选择；
- 负责驱动电机本体的热分析并给CAE专家提供支持。

## Qualifications
- 电机、电气工程、自动化等电机相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉车用电驱系统电机的工作、控制原理，具有车用驱动电机项目经验，并熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具者优先；
- 勤奋踏实，有创新精神，良好的沟通, 团队合作及英语水平。
